The questions people ask before designing a house for the first time.
What do I need before posting?
The plot address or dimensions, an idea of the requirement, the number of floors and the construction budget. A plot survey helps but can come later.
Can the design be used for sanction?
Yes, if the quotation includes the sanction drawings. Each quotation lists the deliverables: concept, design development, sanction drawings and working drawings.
How much does a house design cost?
Posting the project is free. Each professional sends their own quotation, with the fee and the timeline. You pay stage by stage, as you approve each deliverable.
Does the architect supervise the construction?
If you want. Ask for site supervision in the brief and filter architects by your city while comparing quotations.
How long does it take?
Each quotation gives the timeline per stage. A house concept usually takes weeks; working drawings take longer. You follow each stage on the platform.
