I have a launch date. Is there time?
Put the date in the brief. Each quotation gives the timeline per stage and you compare who can deliver in time.
Does the design meet the municipal and fire NOC requirements?
Approval drawings and a licensed professional can be part of the quotation. Mention the type of business in the brief, because the requirements change with the activity.
Do I need an architect or an interior designer?
If there is civil work, services or approvals, an architect. If the shell is ready and the focus is layout, branding and furniture, a designer. The quotations show who replies to each case.
How much does a commercial design cost?
Posting the project is free. Each professional sends their own quotation, with the fee and the timeline. You pay stage by stage, as you approve each deliverable.
Can the design follow my brand guidelines?
Yes. Attach the brand manual or photos of other outlets to the brief and the professional designs from it.
