The questions people ask before hiring an architect for the first time.
Can an architecture project be done fully online?
Yes. The brief, the quotations, the contract, the deliverables and the payments all happen on the platform. Site visits, when required, are fixed directly with the architect.
How much does it cost to hire an architect on Archsplace?
Posting the project is free. Each professional sends their own quotation, with the fee and the timeline. You pay stage by stage, as you approve each deliverable.
How do I know the architect is genuine?
Each profile shows qualifications, portfolio and reviews from earlier clients. The contract and the stages are recorded on the platform.
Should the architect be from my city?
Not necessarily. Design work is done remotely. If you want site supervision, filter architects by your city or state while comparing quotations.
What if none of the quotations suit me?
You are not bound to hire. Revise the brief or wait for fresh quotations. Nothing is charged until you sign with someone.
