Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions of Use govern your access to and use of the websites operated by Innoweb OOD under the Archsplace brand, including www.archsplace.in and associated subdomains such as architects.archsplace.com, users.archsplace.com, and partners.archsplace.com (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. The Platform is only available to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in the Platform and its content are owned by Innoweb and/or its licensors. You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material for your personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions
You are specifically restricted from: - Republishing Platform content in any other media; - Selling, sublicensing, or commercializing any Platform material; - Publicly performing or showing any Platform material; - Using the Platform in any way that may damage it or impair user access; - Violating applicable laws and regulations; - Engaging in data mining, harvesting, or similar activities; - Using the Platform for unauthorized advertising or marketing. Innoweb may restrict access to any areas of the Platform at its sole discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
User Content
"User Content" means any material (text, images, video, etc.) you submit to the Platform. By submitting User Content, you grant Innoweb a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform and its promotion. You represent that you own all rights to your content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.
Commission
As of January 1, 2021, Archsplace charges a 10% commission on the total quoted by the architect for orders placed through the Platform. This commission is added to the architect’s quoted price and paid by the client. Innoweb reserves the right to update this fee with prior notice.
Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect and handle your data.
No warranties
The Platform is provided “as is,” without any warranties. Innoweb makes no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content.
Limitation of liability
Innoweb and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including indirect or consequential damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Innoweb from any claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
Modifications
Innoweb may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the changes.
Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without prior written consent. Innoweb may assign its rights freely.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Innoweb regarding use of the Platform.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
