Commercial Complex
An Old Building converted in Shops. A Commercial Complex, as its name explain about, the traditional build- ing converted into commercial one approaching with modern aesthetics. The elevation is designed in Aluminium Composite Panles, the idea behind tapered geomatry has came from the Wind Catchers of Hawa Mahal, Jaipur.
The Bijou
A Compact house. The plot having size of 19.5’X56’ in rectangular shape, it seems like a narrow path in chaotic space. Client’s need has fulfilled led with both planing and design (elevation). The more challenging part to make it happen and getting passed. A tiny house with single car parking space and some breathable spaces.
Office Complex
A small chunk of land used for office building. Having a size of 30' X 60', with ample space for parking.
The Guest House
A guest house, which is designed in with exposed brick work, to create a rustic feel. Exposed brickwork along with exposed frame structure create an interesting chemistry between interior and exterior.
The Residence
A Residence in Jaipur, we were asked to design and plan according to Vastu and client is fully convinced and satisfied. Having structure of G+1 including terrace lawn and Bar.
The Office Complex
Office building having structure of G +3 including parking.
Agarwal Residence
A house which is designed by another architect in the town, client was unsatisfied with that architect and showed some interest in WA. We have promised him that we will not unsatisfied you and yes we've promised him for good service. Here's the result of that. A house with integration of natural and artificial lights within.
The Renovated House
A house, built in 1996 in the Jaipur and we have got the opportunity to renovate the house with modern aesthetics and material without disturbing existing structure. We have put a lot of efforts for the same and created some cantilevered spaces in load bearing wall structure. It was a great experience working on the project.
