Labana homes is a affordable housing project. Total built up area of the project is 350000 sq.ft. the project have total no. of 16 blocks G+4. 9 blocks are under construction from which 2 blocks are on possession stage. The design is simple and aesthetically pleasant. The design emphasis mainly on the affordability of everyone and on the same time looks pleasant also.

This is a villa comprising of 2 stories. This villa is designed to achieve the luxury and also of a feeling like farm house. The villa is designed with large size rooms, toilets, kitchen, hall etc. The elevation or outer design of the building is totally of contemporary style, with big fixed glass windows and long cantilevers.

So we design with both the styles and special care has taken for circulation/movement pattern into the building. The design is a classical style as per surrounding needs of the site, as this site is situated inside a village road where more traditional people and traditional activities happens. The use of red brick tiles in contrast with off white color on the walls gives the feeling of classical style.
